Terms of Service

01Scope

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including organizers, recorders, and recipients.

• ●The Service operates in web browsers — no app installation required
• ●No account registration is required
• ●These Terms apply to all features and content within the Service

02Pricing

The core features of the Service (creating, recording, and completing voice cards) are free.

• ●
  Voice Card Video (paid option)
  Creating a compiled video of all voice messages costs ¥150/人 per participant (tax included). Payments are processed through Stripe.
• ●
  Payments & refunds
  Payments are made via online credit card processing. Refunds are generally not available after purchase, except where required by law or when we are unable to deliver the video due to our fault.
• ●
  Price changes
  We will notify users in advance of any price changes on this page and within the Service. Price changes will not apply retroactively to existing voice cards.

03Usage Conditions

Access to voice cards is managed through unique tokens embedded in URLs. Please review the following conditions:

  URL management
  Management, playback, and recording URLs each contain unique tokens. You are responsible for managing your URLs. Sharing a URL grants access to anyone who has it.
• ●
  Recording limits
  Up to 30 people can record per voice card. Each recording may be up to 2 minutes (4 MB maximum).
• ●
  Data retention
  Completed voice card data is stored indefinitely. Incomplete data is deleted approximately 30 days after creation.
• ●
  Supported environments
  The Service is optimized for modern browsers (latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers or devices.

04Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited:

• ●Recording or transmitting content that violates any law or public morals
• ●Recording or transmitting defamatory, threatening, or harassing content
• ●Recording or transmitting content that infringes on others' privacy
• ●Submitting recordings containing a third party's voice or personal information without their consent
• ●Using the Service for spam or commercial solicitation
• ●Placing excessive load on the Service's systems
• ●Attempting unauthorized access or circumventing access controls
• ●Reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the Service
• ●Any other conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate

Violations may result in content removal or access suspension without prior notice.

05Voice Card Videos

The Service offers compiled voice card videos as a paid option.

  Video generation
  Videos are automatically generated on our servers. Generation may take several minutes. The organizer will be notified by email when the video is ready.
• ●
  Download expiration
  Video download links have an expiration period. If the link expires, you can obtain a new one from the management page.
• ●
  Video quality
  Video quality depends on the quality of submitted recordings and photos. We do not guarantee specific quality standards.

06Intellectual Property

  Your recordings
  Copyright and other rights to your voice recordings belong to you. We claim no ownership over your recordings.
• ●
  License grant
  By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your recordings and photos solely for providing the Service (including storage, sharing, playback, and video generation).
• ●
  Our content
  All intellectual property rights in the Service's design, logos, software, and content belong to us.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee against the following:

• ●Service interruptions due to server issues, maintenance, or other causes
• ●Loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of audio data
• ●Unauthorized access due to URL disclosure
• ●Issues arising from user-submitted content
• ●Problems caused by third-party service outages (Firebase, Vercel, etc.)
• ●Any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

08Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

09Consent to Voice Recording

By submitting a voice recording through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• ●You are the person speaking in the recording, or you have obtained consent from all speakers
• ●You understand that the recording will be shared with the organizer, recipient, and potentially other participants
• ●You consent to the storage and processing of your voice data as described in our Privacy Policy
• ●If applicable law requires all-party consent for recording, all necessary consents have been obtained

10Service Changes & Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes or termination, except in emergencies.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service changes or termination.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

For significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the Service or email when available.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
