Frequently asked questions
Can I deliver a complete voice card for free?
Yes. Creating, collecting, completing, and delivering the audio card are free. A downloadable video is an optional extra at $2.50/recording.
Do contributors need an app or an account?
No app installation or contributor account is needed. Open the recording link in a phone browser and allow microphone access to record.
How many messages can I collect?
Each card accepts up to 30 recordings, with up to 2 minutes per recording. Optional video pricing also uses the recording count, not the number of people speaking.
What is the difference between the audio card and the video?
The free card lets the recipient play the collected voice messages. The optional video combines voices, photos, and background music into one downloadable keepsake.
How long can the recipient listen?
There is no viewing expiry on the listening page. If the organizer deletes the gift or regenerates its links, the previous link may no longer work.
